What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase showing the item is not older than 30 days from purchase date.

To start a return, you can contact us at sojacandleco@outlook.com.au or via the contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return postage is at the cost of the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Although we mainly ship throughout Australia, we are open to international orders. Please contact us for more information. 

Do you create custom gift sets?

We are more than happy to custom any of our products or even add additional products to incorporate the perfect gift set.
